As a key member of our Operational Talent specialty, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue and retention
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify and attract top talent
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet our clients' talent needs

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or account management
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations
