Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Management Consultant to join our team at Forhyre. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert-level assistance to our customers in managing their mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to mobile devices
  • Implement and administer mobile device management infrastructure using Workspace One (Airwatch)
  • Design and develop configuration profiles in alignment with Apple best practices
  • Manage and administer device management, application management, content management, and email management

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Apple DEP, VPP, and Enterprise Connect implementation
  • Experience with Certificate Authority and firewall ports configuration
  • Ability to configure VMware Workspace ONE to support Mac devices
  • Experience in preparing video self-service platforms and setting up Apple Business Manager
  • Expertise in setting up configuration profiles and zero-touch provisioning workflows
