Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our MDM platform, including upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 end-user support for MDM-related issues.
- Develop and implement device security policies, including containerization, security, compliance, and application management.
- Manage device inventory, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning.
- Collaborate with mobile carrier relationships and services to ensure optimal device performance.
- Design and implement mobility solutions, including next-generation MDM platforms.
- Maintain on-premises server MDM infrastructure components and connectivity to Workspace ONE cloud tenant and back-end resources.
- Strong knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) and related technologies.
- Experience with device enrollment, management, and security.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience with required certifications.
