The analyst will engage in data analysis, pinpointing discrepancies, and proposing operational enhancements to facilitate the processing of clean claims and maximize revenue collection.

SCF is dedicated to serving Alaska Native and American Indian communities, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence and holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of a consistent CDM using specialized CDM management tools
  • Conduct data analysis and trend assessments to detect and address discrepancies
  • Advise on operational improvements to enhance revenue cycle efficiency
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of two years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare finance
  • Certification from the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management is preferred
Health Compliance Requirements:

All personnel must adhere to the Employee Health Procedure, which includes completing required immunizations and health screenings.

Positions classified as Health Care Personnel (HCP) necessitate additional immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccination.
