Service Advocate Specialist

We are seeking a talented Service Advocate Specialist to join our team at CVS Health. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing exceptional customer service to our DSNP members. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce DSNP services and complete HRAs, using your excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with our members.

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is $28.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location. This compensation reflects the value we place on our employees' skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to DSNP members via phone.
- Introduce DSNP services and complete HRAs using motivational interviewing techniques.
- Build trusting relationships with members through effective communication.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have 3 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, telemarketing, or sales. Familiarity with basic medical terminology, healthcare concepts, and care management principles is essential. Preferred qualifications include bilingualism, associates or bachelor's degree, Medicare/Medicaid/DSNP experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
