Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to fill a part-time maintenance position at one of our childcare centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the exterior of the building, including trimming bushes and picking up trash.
  • Monitor and maintain emergency exit lights and fire extinguishers.
  • Perform minor plumbing tasks and building repairs, such as painting and patchwork.
  • Complete 14-passenger bus inspections and break inspections as needed.
  • Set up appointments for kitchen repairs, HVAC issues, and parking lot repairs.
  • Perform other maintenance-related tasks as communicated by the Director, Assistant Director, or owner.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
  • Dependable, consistent, and punctual.
  • Reliable transportation.
