Job Summary: Social Work Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Social Work Management Leader to join our team at The Children's Village. As a key leader, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff, ensuring adherence to ACS standards and agency policies.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising Caseworkers and Social Workers to deliver high-quality case management services.
  • Ensuring timely certification and recertification of homes.
  • Maintaining knowledge of and adhering to ACS standards and agency policies.

Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Four years full-time experience as a Social Worker in child welfare, preferably in foster care.
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • LCSW/LMSW highly desired.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
