Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Telephone Agent to join our Client Experience Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting calls, and resolving issues related to child care subsidies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of families in need.
Responsibilities
- Respond to parent and provider inquiries regarding child care subsidies
- Troubleshoot calls with supervisors to resolve complex issues
- Enter calls for research in Work Tract
- Attend meetings, trainings, and workgroups as scheduled by the supervisor
- Assist with special assignments as requested by the supervisor
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community-centered activities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
