Position Overview:

The Investment Analysis Specialist plays a crucial role in conducting financial evaluations related to Crestline's diverse portfolio of managed properties, its strategic growth initiatives, and the overall corporate framework.

This role demands a driven professional with a robust work ethic and a collaborative spirit.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to interpret financial data effectively to assess investment prospects and evaluate the performance metrics of individual properties within Crestline's portfolio, as well as the company's overall financial health.

They should be adept at identifying challenges and crafting innovative solutions to enhance ongoing process improvements.

Moreover, the candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Excel and prior experience in financial modeling are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analyses of hotel investment opportunities through feasibility assessments and valuation metrics, including returns on investments (ROIs), internal rates of return (IRRs), and net present values (NPVs).

Support the operations team and other departments with various financial analyses, including ROIs and benchmarking, and present findings in clear PowerPoint presentations for key stakeholders.

Provide analytical assistance in the development of strategic plans, competitor analysis, and market evaluations.
Collaborate with the accounting and treasury teams on forecasts, budgets, and other financial functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Proven expertise in Excel and PowerPoint applications.
Relevant professional experience or internships in finance are advantageous.

The ability to excel in a dynamic environment that balances strategic thinking with creativity, requiring rapid learning, multitasking, and prioritization under pressure.

A demonstrated history of proactively addressing complex challenges.
Capacity to work independently, as well as collaboratively, as a strategic partner within a team setting.

Exemplary communication skills to effectively convey essential information across various levels of the organization in a concise and positive manner.
