Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed financial transactions and prepare specialized financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Monitor cash flow and analyze daily financial transactions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Coordinate invoicing and payment processing for various entities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Record and analyze financial data for real estate holdings, including property management and leasing activities.
  • Review General Ledger transactions and conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in overseeing financial analysis and recordkeeping for investments and trusts, including tax planning and compliance.
  • Enhance monitoring and analysis of taxable income and cash flow to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Assist in administrative and financial duties as needed, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on financial operations and management.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
