Overview:

The Investment Analysis Specialist plays a crucial role in conducting financial evaluations related to the portfolio of managed properties, business development initiatives, and the overall corporate structure.

This role demands a driven professional with a robust work ethic and a collaborative spirit.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to interpret financial data effectively to assess investment opportunities and evaluate the performance of individual properties as well as the corporate financial outcomes.

The individual should be adept at identifying challenges and crafting innovative solutions to enhance continuous improvement efforts.

Additionally, the candidate should exhibit excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Excel and experience in financial modeling are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough analyses of investment opportunities by performing feasibility assessments and utilizing valuation metrics such as return on investment (ROI), internal rate of return (IRR), and net present value (NPV).
2. Collaborate with operational teams and other departments to provide various financial analyses, including ROI assessments and benchmarking, and present findings in clear PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders.
3. Provide analytical support for the development of strategic plans, competitor analysis, and market evaluations.
4. Assist the accounting and treasury teams with financial forecasts, budgeting, and other related functions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Relevant work experience or internships in financial analysis.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment that requires strategic thinking, creativity, rapid learning, multitasking, and prioritization under pressure.
- Proven ability to proactively address complex challenges.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as a strategic partner within a team.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to convey essential information effectively across various levels of the organization.
