The Sales Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving company goals related to sales performance, operational hours, and overall profitability, while adhering to established company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Follow the posted work schedules diligently.
  2. Ensure prompt and precise execution of various tasks, including:
  • Implementing markdowns in accordance with deadlines set by the corporate office.
  • Affixing promotional labels and tags as directed by the corporate office.
  • Arranging merchandise displays in alignment with current promotions and corporate directives.
Foster a positive team environment and maintain high morale among colleagues.Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in designated areas.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A passion for customer interaction and service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A completed secondary education.
  • Previous experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
