**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Summer Seminar Program Coordinator. As a key member of our summer program staff, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the program, including recruitment, event planning, and student supervision.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience working with youth and in educational settings. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to the mission and values of the Telluride Association.

The salary for this position is $28.20 per hour during the prep period and $1,128 per week during the in-person training and program period.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate program logistics, including recruitment, event planning, and student supervision
  • Work closely with the Camp Director and other site staff to ensure the success of the program
  • Supervise students in all daily activities, schedule activities as needed, and facilitate community meetings
  • Assist with behavior support and transformative justice, including upholding TJ practices and community agreements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education, counseling, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with youth in educational settings
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
