$15.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Community Ambassador to join our team. As a liaison between residents and management, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, promoting resident satisfaction, and representing the company in a professional manner.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and Implement Community Programs

Participate in developing and implementing community enrichment programs, area meetings, and events that support our living-learning environment. These include social and developmental programs coordinated with other staff members to achieve community goals.

Marketing and Leasing Efforts

Contribute to marketing and leasing efforts to meet weekly and monthly leasing goals. This includes giving tours, leasing responsibilities, phone contacts, customer service, and general office work.

Cover Rotating Office Shifts

Cover rotating office shifts during posted day and business hours, including nights and weekends. Duties include giving tours, leasing responsibilities, phone contacts, customer service, and general office work.

On-Call Duty Shifts

Cover rotating on-call duty shifts after-hours and on weekends. Duties include touring the property, handling lockouts, responding to noise complaints, and responding to emergency situations.

Serve as a Resource

Be a resource for residents regarding services offered by BHOM Student Living, the surrounding community, local colleges and universities, and other community issues, conflict resolution, and crisis management.

Interact with Potential Residents

Interact with potential residents by giving tours, discussing the benefits of living at our property, distributing marketing materials, and attending housing fairs.

Represent B.HOM Student Living

Represent BHOM Student Living in a positive manner, serving as a role model for residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensing Requirements

Where required by law, must have a state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe mandated by state law.

Computer Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Office applications and strong, demonstrated computer technology skills, including social media use.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present thoughts and ideas clearly.

Organizational Abilities

Strong ability to plan and organize multiple tasks effectively.

Confidentiality

Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Residency Requirement

Must be able to reside in an assigned staff apartment.
