Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC is a reputable pet care company seeking a highly skilled and reliable Part Time Client Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pet care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage
  • Providing exceptional customer service via email and phone
  • Managing client relationships and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing and sending estimates and invoices
  • Processing payments and maintaining financial records

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of prior experience working with animals or in a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's Degree considered
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Reliable transportation and a quiet workspace

Compensation and Benefits:
