About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Element Fleet Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the implementation team and vendors to onboard new clients to their Telematics program. With a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences, you will utilize your strong customer service and relationship-building skills to support client accounts and onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years relevant experience, including telematics experience, technology learning and development, and/or client onboarding. Additionally, you will possess strong technology and client presentation skills, as well as training and facilitation experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting client implementation managers and leading smaller client implementations or pilots for telematics new client deals
* Managing timelines closely and ensuring billing occurs at the earliest point in the relationship
* Determining plans for installation and being the point person working with providers to provide updates to clients
* Successfully handing off clients to account teams including client policy documented once onboarding actions are completed

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600- $71,000 annually.
