Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Edward Jones. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional support to financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Broaden and deepen client relationships through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
- Assist financial advisors in developing strategies for client engagement and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve business objectives and improve overall client satisfaction
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to changing situations
- Familiarity with current office technology and willingness to learn new systems
We offer a competitive salary of $25.50 - $30.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical and prescription drug coverage, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
