Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Process Automation Developer to join our team at Main Sail LLC. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable process automation solutions using UI Path frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of advanced and moderately complex RPA solutions.
  • Develop complex SQL queries to support automation projects.
  • Deliver high-quality RPA projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze information/data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Support testing, implementation, and break-fix tasks associated with business automations.
  • Develop documentation of technical workflows and systems designs and verify against user requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technical concepts and software languages as needed.
  • Implement multiple IT projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct research and data collection using various procedures, verify and validate data collected, analyze, synthesize, and summarize data to draw conclusions.
  • Gain knowledge of defined business and technical processes and their impact on work products.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to UiPath RPA BOT developers to advance their knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of RPA bot development/implementation experience using the UI Path Platform.
  • 5+ years of experience in development methodologies, database & systems architecture concepts.
  • Experience developing complex SQL queries.
  • Understanding of programming design and coding techniques.
  • Experience with API development, implementation, and integration.
  • Advanced experience in design, development, testing, and implementation of UI Path Robotics Process Automation solutions.
  • Background in utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with systems development life cycle.
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending strategies to resolve problems.
  • Experience establishing RPA Center of Excellence.
  • Experience managing technology programs/projects.
  • Experience implementing solutions on cloud/hosted environments.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate specifications between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to conduct requirement analysis and impact analysis.
  • Logical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of information technology, software applications, and architectures.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred.
  • .Net Framework – C#, JAVA, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Responsive, organized, and committed to providing professional, prompt, and accurate services with excellent communications, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team in a dynamic, open environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively in analyzing problems and propose practical solutions.

  • Functional ability to analyze business objectives and cultivate solutions to business issues.
  • Experienced in analyzing entire business functions, including data, goals, process, organization to assist stakeholders in developing their strategic goals.
  • Able to understand business requirements and translate them into specific software requirements.
  • Understanding both technical designs and specifications.
  • Evaluating information harvested through surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description.
  • Having strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer.
  • Able to effectively communicate with external clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in addressing security vulnerabilities/remediation.
