**Job Title:** Delivery Operations Manager

**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $95,000 per year

 

As a delivery operations manager at Sysco, you will oversee a team of drivers and logistics specialists, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and effectively to our customers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, and addressing any issues that arise during delivery.

 

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of drivers and logistics specialists
  • Schedule deliveries and monitor inventory levels
  • Address any issues that arise during delivery
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with fleet management software
