CVS Health is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centric care. As a Senior Delivery Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of medication, equipment, and supplies to long-term care facilities and patients' homes.
About the Role:
This senior leadership position requires strong operational expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for coordinating work schedules, delivery routes, and staff training, as well as monitoring workflow to analyze patterns and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train all transportation personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate work schedules and delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
- Monitor workflow to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Conduct routine staff meetings to maintain open communication and address any concerns or issues.
- Respect the privacy, confidentiality, and security of patient information and property.
- Maintain vehicles in good and safe condition to comply with DOT, OSHA, state and federal regulations, and Omnicare policies and procedures.
- FOLLOW ALL APPLICABLE GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS INCLUDING HIPAA.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to use routing software (if applicable).
- Ability to drive a standard transmission (if necessary).
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Estimated Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.
