Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Seasonal Operations Manager to oversee our night shift operations. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, managing team performance, and driving productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
  • Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Establish a positive work environment that fosters employee involvement, proactive communication, and interdepartmental cooperation.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
  • Flexibility to work varied shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred).
  • Management experience (preferred).
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
