About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Lead Engineer to join our Upstream & Fluid Management business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key suppliers and driving quality improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key suppliers to ensure they meet Cytiva's quality standards.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address supplier nonconformities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive quality improvements and reduce costs.
  • Ensure supplier compliance to QMS and regulatory requirements through supplier monitoring process.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong background in quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
