NOC Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer/Admin to join our team at Saxon Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and deploying network infrastructures, as well as diagnosing server or network alerts, events, or issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support network infrastructures, including deployment and maintenance of network devices and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve server or network alerts, events, or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in major incident bridge calls to provide real-time data for monitored systems.
- Document activities performed in associated tickets.
- Remotely access systems to perform initial resolution attempts.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and end-users via phone and email.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in monitoring complex environments using industry-standard monitoring tools.
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve server or network issues.
- Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively.
- Flexible to work in any shift.
- Good communication skill to interact with both customer and end-user over phone and through email.
