About this Role

As a Cardiovascular Tech, you'll play a vital role in cardiovascular assessments, collaborating with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care. Your responsibilities will include performing diagnostic tests, preparing patients for procedures, and operating imaging equipment to ensure accurate and high-quality diagnostic results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cardiovascular diagnostic tests such as EKGs, stress tests, and echocardiograms.
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety during cardiovascular assessments.
• Operate and maintain cardiovascular imaging equipment, ensuring accurate and high-quality diagnostic results.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to analyze test results and contribute to patient treatment plans.
• Educate patients on cardiovascular procedures, answering questions and providing support throughout their diagnostic experience.

Required Qualifications

• CST certification
• BLS certification (other certifications as required by the facility)
• 2 years of recent Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
