Clinical Pharmacist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Posterity Group, LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care services to patients at the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Administration Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.
**Compensation Package**
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $69.02 - $81.12 per hour, plus benefits such as 3 weeks paid time off, 11 federal holidays, and $1,500 annual CME allowance.
**Responsibilities**
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for reviewing medication orders, interpreting patient profiles, and providing expert advice on drug therapy and usage. You will also maintain accurate records, compound medications as prescribed, and interact with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective care.
**Requirements**
To be eligible for this role, you must have a current and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the United States, completed a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited program, and one year of experience working or completing an ACPE-accredited Pharm D program. Board certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) is also required. Additionally, you must pass a pre-employment physical examination and be a US citizen.
