Job Title: Senior SEC Reporting Analyst

Chart Industries is seeking a highly skilled Senior SEC Reporting Analyst to join our corporate accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reporting activities, including the preparation and review of periodic SEC forms, earnings releases, and 8-Ks.
  • Prepare footnotes, MD&A, analysis, and commentary for financial statements and other supporting documentation.
  • Research new and upcoming GAAP requirements and document technical GAAP positions.
  • Support the corporate accounting and financial reporting team in creating and updating accounting policies.
  • Provide support and assistance to internal and external auditors as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a 4-year college or university.
  • 3 years of experience in public accounting or a publicly traded company completing SEC filings.
  • CPA (or CPA track) preferred.
Work Environment:

Primarily office and computer work.
