**Job Summary**
The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will contribute to the company's financial reporting obligations and overall compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. This role will assist with the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC filings, as well as other statutory filings for subsidiaries and government reporting requests.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist with the preparation of external financial filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, proxy statements, and press releases
  • Review revenue contracts under ASC 606 and prepare monthly corporate accounting entries
  • Facilitate process improvements related to financial reporting duties
  • Assist with external and internal audit requests
  • Research technical accounting issues and provide accounting policy considerations

**Requirements**
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC Reporting requirements
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret various types of data
  • Professional time management skills and ability to reprioritize as needed

**Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

**Preferred Qualifications**
  • CPA or actively pursuing CPA
  • Experience with Workiva WDesk or similar software
  • Experience with Hyperion/HFM/OneStream/SAP/Oracle

**Work Environment**
The work is primarily in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal safety and health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting and bending.
