  • Proven track record of success in all aspects of facilities management
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with a focus on delivering and measuring action plans
  • Proactive and positive attitude, with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Initiative and good judgment in assisting customers, clients, peers, and subordinates
  • Consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
  • Planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the Region and/or District
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the Facilities Management Industry
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the IFM (Facilities) Industry
  • Experience in large managed volume operations
  • Experience in P&L management
  • Contract-managed service experience, preferred
