Position Overview:
As the Supply Chain Procurement Leader at Plasma International Ltd, you will take charge of the procurement processes, ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain in the innovative field of energy storage solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass the management of procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and the optimization of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
2. Establish performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
3. Identify and implement procurement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
4. Analyze existing supply chain processes and develop strategies for optimization and cost reduction.
5. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
6. Oversee procurement projects from inception to execution.
7. Provide technical guidance in supply chain management, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective quality control measures and validation protocols.
10. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for supply chain-related challenges.
11. Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent the recurrence of supply chain issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on energy storage solutions.
- Proven experience in leading and managing procurement teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of implementing process improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management practices and vendor relations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management, SPC).
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management.
