The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role entails managing various aspects of the supply chain process to ensure that customer demands are met, which includes responsibilities such as order fulfillment, material planning, assembly processes, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Source high-quality materials and products from suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
  • ERP System Management: Ensure the effective use of the ERP system for all supply chain-related functions, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaborative relationships within the team to secure a reliable supply chain and ensure consistent supply availability.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, with a preference for candidates who have backgrounds in freight forwarding, distribution, warehousing, or related industries.
  • Strong hands-on skills with meticulous attention to detail; proficient in data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate well with individuals from diverse nationalities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of commitment and speed.
  • Demonstrates customer orientation coupled with sound business acumen.
  • Takes accountability for responsibilities and succeeds under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel frequently both domestically within the U.S. and internationally.
