ERM is seeking a highly skilled Project Support Analyst to join our team in Southern California (remote). As a key member of our program management team, you will play a critical role in supporting multi-disciplinary client accounts and contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily tasks to support key client programs.
  • Support program management staff, including teams leading program controls and finance, resourcing and planning, and logistics support.
  • Assist with the delivery of multiple project workstreams within the program.
  • Develop and execute effective plans of action to run existing programs, including innovative processes to improve program functions and productivity.
  • Support the development of new processes and governance to adapt to rapidly evolving program needs in a highly fluid and dynamic business environment.
  • Communicate internally with the project team.
  • Assist with analyzing program financial and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to resolve schedule and budget problems as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, document review, and project coordination.
  • Demonstrated excellence in assisting programs that achieve client objectives.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Proven ability to support cross-functional teams, including project managers, functional managers, and technical disciplines.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and employees to promote a culture of safety.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced consulting environment, as well as multiple priorities, and strict deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills in a dynamic work environment.
