  • Functional Requirements Transfer: Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams.
  • Process Automation: Use different modules of SAP SuccessFactors to automate business processes.
  • Technology Updates: Stay abreast on updates and new releases in SuccessFactors technologies.
  • End-User Training: Provide end-user classroom training on the configured SuccessFactors before go-live and individual training during hyper-support after the cut-over.
  • System Solutions Development: Identify, develop, and deploy end-user solutions in HCM systems.

Required Expertise

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR or HR system-related consulting industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: 2 or more full life cycle in any HR packages.
  • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification.

Preferred Expertise

  • Project Experience: 1 year project experience working with global and offshore project teams.
  • System Integration: 1 year experience with system integration or user acceptance testing, or 1 year experience with business process design or re-engineering, or 1 year experience with developing and implementing end-user training programs.
