Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Helps champion implementation of the ManTech Quality Management System (QMS) on assigned projects to include adhering to defined processes, submitting supporting artifacts, and properly training staff members
  • Support coordination and scheduling of internal and external audits and appraisals with project and local personnel
  • Work with projects to resolve corrective actions and findings assigned to projects in a timely manner
  • Assist in gap analysis, audits, and appraisals as needed and support the Quality Management Organization (QMO) to ensure that metric repositories are kept current for each assigned project

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field
  • Two or more (2+) years of related experience
  • If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required
  • If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Clearance Requirements:

  • This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $80,900-$134,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
