MoveUp Consulting is a recruiting agency specializing in the moving & storage industry. We work with close to 200 moving companies across the US, creating opportunities for experienced individuals to excel in this $24 Billion Dollar industry.

Compensation

Crew Leaders/Drivers are paid between $22.00-$27.00/hour plus tips, while Movers earn $20.00-$23.00/hour plus tips. This makes it possible for our team members to earn an additional $500 - $1000 per month in tips.

Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Freight Handlers and Crew Leaders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely arrivals and departures of crew members
  • Loading, packing, and unloading furniture and boxes for customer moves
  • Providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by following company policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull heavy objects throughout the day
  • Pass background check
  • Reliable transportation to work daily
  • Availability to work varying schedules between 7am-7pm
