In a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, All Service Moving seeks reliable and skilled individuals to join our team as residential movers, drivers, and crew leads. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork, we ensure that every move is completed efficiently and effectively. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $16.95 - $25.95 per hour, plus generous tips and bonuses up to $450.00 per week. Benefits include paid time off after 90 days, medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401K with employer match, and regular raise opportunities. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks safely, communicating with clients to meet their needs, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Required qualifications include a valid driver's license for Drivers and Crew Leads, prior experience in moving, driving, or logistics (desired), and the ability to lift heavy items. A good driving record, DOT physical, 5-panel drug screen, and criminal background check are required for Drivers. Crew Leads must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, while Movers can start without prior experience but still need to pass a basic physical, 5-panel drug screen, and criminal background check.
