Professional Mover and Logistics Coordinator

As a Lead Mover and Moving Driver with MoveUp Consulting, you will be responsible for overseeing the relocation process, ensuring timely and efficient moves. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while managing a team of movers.
**Salary and Benefits**
Competitive hourly rate of $22.00-$27.00 plus tips, with opportunities to earn an additional $500 - $1000 per month in tips. A valid Driver's License with clean MVR record and reliable transportation are required. Our team members enjoy physically demanding work, interacting with clients, and being part of a dynamic moving industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Load, pack, and unload furniture and boxes for customer moves.
- Provide 5-Star Experience by smiling throughout the day and going the extra mile to make the move seamless for the customer.
- Stay Safe by following all company policies and procedures for safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively amongst a team of movers daily to achieve the mission.
Requirements
- Physically able to lift, push, pull heavy objects throughout the day.
- Pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to work daily.
- Open to long days and self-driving.
- Strong customer service skills and a valid Driver's License with clean MVR record are essential.
