Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Manage and direct Pouch production, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in Pouch production, ensuring that all products meet and exceed consumer expectations.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train production team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed, and that all team members are aware of and comply with these protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary materials and supplies are available when needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that all production-related information is shared and understood.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. manufacturing, operations, quality assurance) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, with a focus on quality control and team management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members. Proficient in inventory management and problem-solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Work Schedule: 10-12 hours per day, 2-4 weekends per month.
