Security Officer

At Kohler, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of associates, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, and provide assistance as needed.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Stay up-to-date with changing security protocols and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year college degree preferred.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
- Law enforcement, industrial security, or military police experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
