Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Patrol Kohler buildings, grounds, and sites to preserve order and protect property.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, guests, and visitors to provide assistance and support.
  • Operate security equipment and systems to ensure the highest level of security.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for all.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent required; two-year college degree preferred.
  • Law enforcement, industrial security, or military police experience preferred.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
