Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at MSCCN. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect personnel, customers, and assets from harm or loss
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of associates, visitors, and other persons
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter crime and ensure security
  • Operate security equipment and systems to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent required; two-year college degree preferred
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license required
  • Law enforcement, industrial security, or military police experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
