Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Kohler. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of associates, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure a safe environment.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter crime and identify potential security threats.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in security and emergency response.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year college degree preferred.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
