Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Balance cash drawers and vaults daily
  • Prepare statements for mailing to clients
  • Participate in the late-night rotation schedule and assist with teller duties as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
