Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Support the success of the restaurant by assisting with daily tasks, such as cleaning, stocking, and preparing for service.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Essential Functions
  • Projects a leadership image in verbal and written communications.
  • Assist management in enforcing controls and systems to meet or exceed goals.
  • Leads team members to meet shift goals.
  • Ensures and adheres to all company human resource practices.
  • Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
  • Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs.
