Customer Care Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Sales Agent to join our team at Jewelers Mutual Group. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our policyholders and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries from prospective policyholders and provide personalized jewelry insurance quotes and coverage over the phone.
- Utilize digital communications to correspond with new and prospective policyholders.
- Deliver an exceptional customer sales experience by possessing knowledge of Jewelers Mutual and our products.
- Maintain consistency in adhering to all customer sales performance metrics.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) minimum requirement or equivalent work experience.
- 1- 3 years sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Proficient in typing and navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
