Senior Sales Account Executive

Alta Resources is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the window fashions industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
About the Role:The Senior Sales Account Executive will be responsible for managing sales accounts and activities selling client products to wholesalers, distributors, and retailers. This includes meeting client and company sales and customer service objectives, creating and maintaining customer account files and profiles, and preparing periodic client and customer correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and negotiation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet client and company sales and customer service objectives
- Create and maintain customer account files and profiles
- Maintain up-to-date competitive and market information applicable to type of account
- Prepare periodic client and customer correspondence
- Provide customer service, including ad claims, damages, order entry, order tracking, and sales materials
- Follow up on prospective customer sales leads
- Inform customers of new product launches, product changes, and new distribution of existing products
- Create and manage account plans, strategic plans, promotional plans, and trade spend
- Complete product line reviews to ensure customer sales are growing and aligned with Nielsen market information
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of stable sales or relevant work experience
- Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and client retention skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Able to establish rapport, build relationships, and loyalty with external and internal customers and coworkers
- Ability to maintain composure while diffusing and professionally negotiating high-tension situations
- Highly self-motivated with ability to prioritize complex responsibilities, multitask effectively, and execute tasks with minimum supervision
