Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team in Marion County. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one-on-one with individuals to provide support with daily life skills, community interactions, and social networking. You will also have opportunities to participate in outings and activities that promote independence and self-advocacy.

Responsibilities

* Provide one-on-one support to individuals with ID/DD in their homes and communities
* Assist with daily life skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
* Support individuals in community interactions, including social networking and outings
* Collaborate with the support team to develop and implement individualized support plans

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $23-$26 per hour
* 401K plan with up to 4% employer match after 90 days of employment
* 24 hours of annual training, OIS, and CPR/First Aid training
* Up to 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) per year, with a PTO cash out option after 1 year
* No-cost health plan available for DSPs who work more than 26 hours per pay period
* Dental and vision plans available for full-time DSPs after 6 months of employment

Requirements

* Must be bi-lingual in Spanish
* Must have a valid driver's license and insurance (if driving individuals)
