Job Title: Direct Support Professional - Benton County

Premier Community Supports is a leading provider of in-home and community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team in Benton County.

Job Responsibilities

As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual with ID/DD. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to individuals with ID/DD in their homes and communities
  • Assisting with daily life skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
  • Supporting community interactions, socialization, and recreational activities
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans
Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $23-$26 per hour
  • 401K plan with up to 4% employer match
  • 24 hours of annual training, OIS, and CPR/First Aid Training
  • Up to 40 hours of PTO per year
  • No-cost health plan for DSPs who work more than 26 hours per pay period
  • Dental and Vision benefits for FT DSPs after 6 months of employment

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license and insurance (if driving individuals)
  • A commitment to providing person-centered support and empowering individuals with ID/DD to live fulfilling lives
