Role Summary

Villanova University is seeking an exceptional Associate Director of Digital Fundraising to join our mission-driven team. This role will be responsible for managing digital solicitation and stewardship communications to acquire, retain, and cultivate donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated digital fundraising campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Annual Giving Strategies to plan and execute the digital fundraising efforts for 1842 Day, Villanova's annual day of giving.
  • Analyze the performance of digital fundraising and stewardship strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GiveCampus, and other platforms.
  • Provide recommendations for new uses of existing platforms for donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Supervise the Assistant Director of Digital Fundraising and support digital strategies in partnership with Annual Giving team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three to five years of experience in digital fundraising and/or marketing, preferably in nonprofit or education.
  • Strong planning and administrative skills, ability to manage simultaneous projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills, committed work ethic, ability to collaborate and communicate internally with colleagues and externally with volunteers and donors.
