Digital Fundraising Strategist

Villanova University seeks a highly skilled Associate Director of Digital Fundraising to join our mission-driven team. As a key member of the University Advancement team, you will be responsible for managing digital solicitation and stewardship communications to acquire, retain, and cultivate donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital fundraising strategies to drive engagement and conversion
• Manage digital mass stewardship touchpoints, including automated communications and those with a digital incentive component
• Collaborate with the Director of Annual Giving Strategies to plan and execute the digital fundraising efforts for 1842 Day, Villanova's annual day of giving
• Analyze the performance of digital fundraising and stewardship strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GiveCampus, and other platforms
• Support overall Annual Giving and University Advancement initiatives to meet campaign goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Three to five years of experience in digital fundraising and/or marketing, preferably in nonprofit or education
• Strong planning and administrative skills, ability to manage simultaneous projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and writing skills, committed work ethic, ability to collaborate and communicate internally with colleagues and externally with volunteers and donors
