Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at United Hospital Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing exercise programs and education for patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement exercise programs for patients in all phases of cardiac rehabilitation
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their support systems
  • Conduct stress testing and interpret EMG results
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being at all times
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science
  • Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support within 6 months of hire date
  • One year of experience in cardiac rehabilitation preferred
Working Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
